Who is Kelly?
Kelly was born and raised in Orange County, CA before moving to Phoenix, AZ to study Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University. After graduating in 2018, she gained experience in education as a primary PE teacher, in corporate wellness at Exos, and in personal training/coaching.
When the pandemic hit, Kelly realized her passion for health extended beyond movement alone. She returned to school to study Health-Supportive Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, blending her love of cooking with her wellness background.
Today, Kelly takes a holistic approach with her clients—combining food, movement, and lifestyle practices to make healthy living realistic, balanced, and enjoyable. Her focus is on ingredient quality, simple strategies that fit into busy lives, and creating a rhythm of health that feels sustainable. At the same time, she believes joy and connection are just as important to wellness as nutrition and exercise. After all, Kelly spent time as a pastry cook and knows firsthand that a sweet treat shared with loved ones can be just as nourishing as a workout or a well-balanced meal.
